HOUSE RULES
- TIKTAK NYE reserves the right to deny a visitor access at all times.
- TIKTAK NYE reserves the right to adjust the event policy at all times.
- TIKTAK NYE reserves the right to check visitors at the event’s location on image and audio carriers. Recordings produced by these carriers are allowed to be used by the organisation, without the obligation to (financially) provide the visitors with a compensation.
- Visitors of TIKTAK NYE are to accept a body search at the entrance, when requested.
- All events organised by TIKTAK NYE request a minimum age of 18 years. In case of doubt, you are obliged to show an ID. If you are not 18 years old yet or not able to provide an ID, you will be denied access to the event.
- According to Dutch law, the organisation must ask the visitor to show their ID.
- All events organised by TIKTAK NYE are accessible for disabled visitors. Toilets for disabled visitors are also provided. No separate areas are available for disabled visitors. Wheelchairs and crutches are allowed.
- Seating areas are provided at TIKTAK NYE. Visitors who are unable to stand for a long time are not allowed to bring their own chair.
- Visitors are obliged to report use of special medication to security. Security will refer such visitors to the First Aid, where visitors will have the possibility to leave their medication during their event visit. In exceptional cases, please contact us at info@tiktaknye.com.
- Own consumptions, bottles, cans, alcohol, glassware and incendiary material is prohibited at the event and not allowed to be brought inside.
- Drugs are prohibited. This applies to personal use as well as sales.
- The possession and/or use of nitrous oxide is strictly prohibited during this event.
- Visitors will be strictly body searched at the entrance. Visitors that possess drugs will be assigned to the police.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited. Be sensible and make sure to leave all objects, which may be considered as weapons, at home. Objects that can be used as weapons, will be taken in custody.
- It’s prohibited to exercise any commercial activity at and around the location.
- Visiting the event is at your own risk.
- To secure the safety of all our visitors, re-entry to the event after your ticket is scanned, is prohibited.
- TIKTAK NYE does not take liability for damage or loss of property, or physical condition of visitors.
- At the location and its nearby surroundings, security will be supervising possible riots. Individuals who misbehave will be removed from the area.
- It’s prohibited to bring (semi) professional camera equipment to the event, unless a press accreditation was given out. A regular (digital) camera is allowed and a Go Pro camera are allowed. Selfie sticks are not allowed.
- TIKTAK NYE does not take liability for damage that has directly or indirectly been caused by inaccuracies, issues caused by spreading information via internet or technical malfunctions.
- Cancelations or restitution of bought tickets is not possible.
- TIKTAK NYE is not liable for hearing impairment.
